When you start on X you tend to think that followers are all that matters.
“If I hit 10k followers, I will be ready to monetize”
Bullshit.
I've seen people making money with sub 1k followers.
So the real question now is
HOW?
How can someone with a “couple” followers make more money than someone who has 10k+ followers?
They know one important secret.
TALKING TO EVERYBODY MEANS TALKING TO NOBODY.
You don't want that.
You wanna talk to the people who need your product (solution).
The 1st step is asking yourself
In which core market am I?
Is it Wealth, Health, or Relationship?
Most people target 2 core markets or even 3.
Remember what I told you before?
Targeting everybody means targeting nobody.
So answer this question first.
After you got that answer, move on to the next one.
Who is my ideal client?
Or what's my ICP (IdealCustomerProfile)
How old is he?
What are his fears?
Which problem does he have?
Why is he looking for that specific solution?
The more clear the picture of your ideal client gets, the better you will understand him.
Which means you will know what his needs are, how you should write to him, and what will drive him to buy from you.
If you avoid this beginner mistake and answer those 2 questions clearly, you will be ahead of 90%.
