The 3 B's that people miss on Sales Calls
This can easily double your Sales
Sales calls are an uncomfortable thing
But once you get the hang of them, they can make you double, triple, even 10x times more sales.
The problem is that most people are unconfident or scared, which the potential client can hear.
Keep the 3 B's in mind to make sale calls work!
Be an authority
Be enthusiastic
Be sharp
Your job as a sales person is to help people achieve their goals and gain control of their lives.
Because that's what they are — helpless.
Allow me to explain the 3 B's in more detail for you:
1} Be an Authority
People have a bullshitdector and most of them can smell right away if you are just talking or if you can actually help them.
Make sure you really know your field before going out there trying to help others.
2} Be Enthusiastic
Do you remember those teachers who just talked in a monotone way?
Exactly, those where you fall asleep by listening to them.
Don't be that teacher. Be enthusiastic as hell.
3} Be Sharp
Cut out the bullshit and don't sound like you are reading from a script.
Again, know your field first so that you can give people immediate answers + sound like someone that can actually help them.
The mission of a sales call is to sell your product indirectly and making it sound like you are here to help them. Not to sell them something.
Because that's what you are essentially trying to do- Helping them create a better future, remove their pain etc.
Money is the byproduct that comes with helping others.
